I had only a few requests from my downline relating to this problem. After explaining to them that this was something we all were experiencing and the thing to do was to follow the directions given, everything will be fine and back to normal as soon as all the bugs were removed.
SFI performed fantastically in handling the situation and I'm sure they have shored up the walls to prevent any future attacks.
I think it is time to put this behind us and move on. My only concern is the people that still cannot login and/or do not even receive the email to reset their password. I know of one person that has not been able to login since day one.
If you go to SFI's facebook page you will find others that are still patiently waiting to get back into SFI. These are the people we should focus on getting the help they need.
In answer to your question, I think SFI has answered it best by resolving the situation very professionally and as quickly as humanly possible. I will continue to look at this as a resolved situation and unless I hear something from my downline, I am assuming everything is fine and my team has moved on.
