Yes, but the next question is how to do you do this effectively and efficiently? If you're prospecting for ECAs as part of your SFI business building strategy then consider the following:
1) You'll be more effective if you have "benefit statements" when communicating with prospective ECAs. One of the best things you can do is stress that you have a documented system of getting up and running as an SFI ECA. Your system will minimize the ECAs startup challenges and therefore help to make them more successful. Differentiate yourself from your competitors!
2) Consider one or all of the following: emails with getting started info, auto responder course, video instructions, screencast videos, phone consultation and in-person consultation for local ECAs. If you're placing a focus on sponsoring ECAs then choose at least three different ways to provide support. If ECA prospecting is not your focus then choose one (emails with getting started info).
3) Hint: If you document as much as possible in the form of a PDF report then you may find that this tool is all you need!
