1. If the ECA has existing products the strategy is to find the people who need or want that product. But outside SFI, in social media like FaceBook and Twitter it's easier to find people with interest on certain product. Because you can search them using keywords.
2. If you don't have product yet then the strategy is to determine the demand. Inside SFI for example, the obvious demand are those that can help affiliates to find more affiliates. So, products like ebooks for online marketing, selling sign-ups, clicks and visits to SFI gateways and blogs about SFI, maybe the good products to sell.
As far as the Pricing is concern, the shipment cost is the biggest issue. When you sell internationally, the price will not be attractive when you add the shipment cost. So you can also adopt two general strategies to mitigate the shipment cost issue.
1. Sell products and services that can be delivered digitally to international market.
2. Sell physical products that need to be shipped in the local market.
