You can reassure your downline by advising them to follow the instructions given and re-verify their computer/mobile/device for SFI use. They should also change the password as requested,

If they can’t log in, they should contact you through your email and you can help them send ticket to support

You can reassure them via your TeamMail and Stream Post.

You can also send them ECards as an encouragement

Point them to all the security measures SFI set
