Look at it this way, "customer service". When your ECA sees that you help them during the initial stages, it gives a very good impression of TripleClicks and SFI as a whole.
You may feel that it is not necessary, especially if that ECA is a whiz at computers/internet stuff (unlike me), but offering is a crucial step to show your ECA what sort of affiliates we are. Helpful ones, of course!
And it is especially beneficial if your ECA is listing their product on the internet for the first time (meaning, no website of their own yet).
Now, to answer your How question. Show it on your smartphone. Or better yet, on your laptop (coz your know how small the pictures on the smartphone can be). With a smartphone though, you can snap a picture and upload it then and there as an example to show them. Or better yet, snap a picture of the required documentation and upload it to TripleClicks. Tell the ECA that once the approval email comes in, get back in contact with you and you'll show then how to upload products next.
Build a rapport, that is always best.
