I think being available for your affiliates when they have questions. Everyone is at different levels of desire and ability. Realizing this you don't want to pressure or push your affiliates to success.
Just offer friendly advice and business tips. Remind them to log on to their accounts everyday. Some will be happy to receive your help. Others will be resentful because their goals and self esteem and circumstances won't allow them to be successful.
Work with those that want your help. Be there for all of your affiliates.
