They save time, and time is money, and are very fun to use.
When you want to congratulate someone, or just say - hey what's up with you? you can use this cards and do it quickly and I think more productively.
Cos plain mails can be a bit boring, and you know what they say that a picture is worth a thousand words.
I use them all the time, to welcome new members to my team or to congratulate on a job well done. They can be a great morality boost and like I said they are fun to use.
