Well my personal opinion will be to be active every day, stay above the green line and make as many VP as possible during your first year. VP is the most important. The best way to achieve that is by setting up a standing order that will give you at least 1500 VP every month. Take part in S_builder or some other co_op that can help you build your downline. Your downline will help you get that needed VP so you can stay in the lead in your class. The affiliate with the most VP after the year will be the E365 champion. So basically you must really work hard to grow your business so your VP can grow.
