I would say that as a Sponsor, we should always make time to be available to help our new affiliates get started.
When I receive my new members, I am notified by email of my new members joining my team, even though I am not logged in to my SFI site.
Here starts my work! I send each new affiliate my welcome message, and note down the date and keep notes on affiliates note tab.
An hour or two later, follows my FAST TRACK letter, as I have named it, informing my affiliates how to become Fast Trackers.
I have received very very few answers of my new affiliates, however, by tracking their VP Ledger, I send short letters with instructions along the way of how to proceed and earn extra VP. I encourage them first to upload their photos and complete their profiles. Once that's done, I congratulate them and tell them how pleased I am to see them and talk to them.
As a Sponsor, I believe, that I must pay special attention and give of myself as much as I can.
My emails are on the increase to my affiliates, because they do respond, and they do work daily.
For those affiliates who have been fast workers, and reached EA status within their first month, I gifted them with TCredits and encouraged them to become Wave3 members.
Most encouraging from my new affiliates were their ratings where they rated me with just a few words - caring, supportive!
I did not want to hear or read anything else, although I still have lots to learn.
When my affiliates want to work, I'm prepared to go all the way, and even the extra mile with them, but not to support in the way of buying goods or paying for them.
And , I just love sending out cards, of which I include everyone in my downline, active and inactive.
