A lot of members will not participate no matter how many times you send them E Cards offering support.
I have over 2300 PSA and Combined CSA in my down line.
That is why the Geneology Tab is brilliant. I send posts weekly to all of these members.

I send them to my Leadership Board. Letting them know they can enter competitions winning cash and random down line for participation.
Is there a point you should not go beyond? I like this question.
I feel you should decide wisely on how you support your team. There is no point offering Gift Certificates to members that do not respond with your training suggestions.
YOU can waste a lot of money sending T credits etc to down line, who do not bother to make contact.
So I suggest support the members that request it.
I have a SFI training website with a sales generating leads program to promote SFI.
This gives full 24/7 support to all my down line to view when I am off line.
I follow this guideline. I pick 5 top movers. Reassign 5 PSA to these 5 Top Movers.
Asking them to do the same as they start to generate sign ups.
Then I repeat. I pick another 5 top movers the following month reassigning 5 Top Movers to them. ETC ETC ETC.
