There is no "distance" or limit one should put on training your Affiliates.
Duplication is one of the main goals we push for and we all should be open
to seeing our downlines do better than ourselves! However, just as raising
a family, there is a point when the child must move out on their own. As any
parent would say, "support is always here" meaning I am always around to help!
The point of "coddling" is reached when the PSA/CSA uses too much incentive
and is too giving. This means that their Affiliates become expectant and lose
their "drive". Thusly, it is key to stay in touch but avoid overly "parenting".
