I would say that as much as it is rather difficult to ascertain what is too much or too little effort or help offered however there are some ingredients that I will look at in my down line or Affilaites to be determined how deserving they are of my help or effort .
What I usually do is not to offer freebies such as gift certificates or TC Credits or reassignment of PSAs so freely I will only do so for example when they hit certain milestones like been EA for 1 month then EA2 , EA4 and son on : when they become a BTL or hot say 1000 VPs
