I would compare SFI to a brick and mortar business, say McDonalds. There are many different jobs available in the company such as human resources, customer service, sales, training, marketing, quality assurance and many more.
SFI affiliates perform these jobs. Human resources finds employees to work for the company. The sales department sells the products the company has. The marketing department advertises the company and their products. Each department is needed to keep the business going.
TripleClicks is the product SFI has to sell. Just like McDonalds there is more than one item on the menu. Pricebenders is like the hamburger, Wave3 is like the French fries ect.
ECA stores are like different franchises that are located all over the world.
