On my opinion, your role as a Sponsor is to support and motivate your PSAs.At their beginnings they would probably need your help,too.
You should explain them what to read, where to find something, send them links...etc.
Maybe they will be overhelmed with so many informations in their first days here,especialy if they do not have any previous experience, and ask you clarifications on some issues.But,that's that!
After their first month with SFI,they should have to be able to work on their own,teach them to be independent.As a Team Leader you should have to observe their work,recognize the workers among them,recognize their success - congratulate them,send them at least once a week an motivational e-mail or one of these great,new E-Cards and just be there for them.
Lead by example,take care of your own business.They should do the same.Your job is to teach them that - not to work for them.
