There are many benefits of using the new AFFILIATE E-Cards.
E-Cards are a very nice new tool that makes it easier for us to send appropriate messages to Affiliates
The following are the best ways to use them with your team.
. Tips- Giving a quick tip to downlines who are struggling to find free sources of VP, for example, is now super quick and easy.
. Welcome- Welcoming new Affiliates as soon as we get the notification has never been faster. We have a choice from the 4 great-looking designs any new Affiliates will be delighted to receive. This has to be followed by the usual welcome email with more details and instructions for getting started.
. Congrats – There are 10 gorgeous-looking designs to send to a Fast Tracker, to new EA, to E365 Class Champion, to Daily Grand Draw winner, and to an Affiliate for being simply Awesome!
. Here to Help- What an awesome little helper this card is! There are 13 designs and 2 featuring Mr SFI Muscle Guy, SFI Superman and SFI Superwoman! I like the Big Red Button for HELP! And the ones with Helping Hands- super!
. Inactive- This solves this pesky topic beautifully. The 7 designs are really appropriately worded to convey our feeling without being too pushy. No more worries on how to reach out to these inactive ones. I especially love the ones with “Missing ….Rewards” and “I’ve been trying to find you”. Just add a bit or two words of your own to personalise it more.
. Don’t Go! – There are 3 designs- choose the ones that expresses your feeling better.
. Birthday – Two beautiful designs with SFI balloons! A hit!
. Anniversary – Great to send to Affiliates celebrating their Anniversary of joining SFI.
The unlimited number of ways of using these beautiful E-Cards ensure that our communication lines are always open and maintained as effortlessly and effectively as possible.
We can send out 200 E-Cards a day, but not send an Affiliate more than 1 card a day.
E-Cards make communication much easier and quicker!
