Answer all your email within 24 hours of receiving them
Leading by example by doing all the things that you want your down line to do for example setting up a monthly standing order. you have to go first before they follow.
Run an advertising coop for your team if you can afford to. Use the coop manager for that purpose.
You can re-assign PSA by identifying your best 5 and most active PSA and reassign other PSA to these best 5 to help them build their teams.
Recognize and appreciate the work that your PSA or CSA have done. Be the first to give them a thumbs up for a job well done or a re-qualification into TL etc.
Send out weekly newsletters to your down line. It is important to stay in touch with your down line to know which areas they need your support in.
Set up team contests using your leadership page. This can be a great motivator to your team. Set up specific actionable goals for them to achieve and reward the one's the meet the criteria. It's a fun away to keep your team motivated and engaged with you.
That and more will help you steer your team in the right positive direction
As for the 'not going beyond part;'
I think doing things that are contrary to some or all of the great sponsor "dos" ultimately negates your efforts in trying to move your team forward some of which are;
Peddling them with shiny objects outside of SFI business. This not only makes your Affiliates lose focus but their trust for you and your stand for SFI business will hang in a balance.
Doing things for your PSA that they themselves are capable of doing like logging in for them to do their tasks creates dependants and pseudo Affiliates
Unprofessional communication with your team members. Constantly blasting emails about for example setting up a standing order that you haven't exemplified in the first place puts them off.
Remember to work with the workers. You shouldn't waste your precious time on skeptics or non-motivated people. They have to want it for themselves. You cannot keep dragging them or pushing them to do their business.
