I am always for helping affiliated move forward. The only occasions when I think we should stop is:
- what the affiliate can do it on his/her own (and learn from the experience)
- when helping the affiliate means a violation of SFI rules or your moral codes
It is true that our PSAs and CSAs need us most in the beginning, but I wouldn't say that you are supposed to focus on them for a few months, and then focus on some other beginners. Or help them reach BTL status, and then let them be. Some team members will always turn to you for advice, no matter how successful they get. What matters is that they will also push you into being more successful to lead them. Isn't that great?
