Congratulate the winner who became EA, tell him (her) that that first step is achieve but need to continue ... as the efforts should remain for going on as a two month EA following SFI rules and if they did the effort it is for better results later on ... not to go back to the beginning. I am pleased to have so dynamic Affiliates who bring the team upward and the level more efficient!
