1.It encourages growth in the individual.
2.It causes them to be motivated and driven.
3.They get a sense of accomplishment like when you earn a badge.
4.It gives them a chance to work there business with a goal.
5.It means matching vp if you do it right and an increase in earnings.
I personally recommend organizing monthly drawings for your most active psa and csa but make sure all of your downline know that it exist. This way everyone will work real hard and be active. make it worth their while think of it as an investment into your own business.
