We all know that in this business it's all about building a strong,hard working team.In order to be successful we have to have some successful affiliates in our downline.
Your PSAs and CSAs already know that you need them.And it's good to show them that you respect and appreciate their efforts.
Once your downline realise that their Team Leader is willing to recognize and reward the best among them, they shall be motivated to work even harder.Organizing a contest is a really good idea and a good way to build a trustful relationship with your team mates.It provides the motivation.And sooner or later your PSAs will duplicate your action.Lead by example!
So, in my opinion,if you see yourself as a good Team Leader; organize a contest,announce it on your Leadership Page,eMail informations about it to your downline.I'm sure you'll see the results soon.TEAM - Together Everyone Achieve More!!!
