The benefits of organizing contests for your downline are quite numerous but I guess I could just mention two;
1. When you organise a contest for your team, you motivate them into taking their SFI business more seriously. The anticipation of a reward makes them give their best and help them grow faster. You could make the contest about getting the most VP or more signups, either way your team grows.
2. Another benefit of contests is that it promotes duplication and everyone knows that duplication is one of the best ways to grow your income exponentially in SFI. The more the merrier...!
