That is a good question and my choice would be to split the money and buy some psa's that way you start your downline, then I would get in on the s-builder co-op, then buy some advertising from some ECA's at TripleClicks.
So you would have your downline started and be waiting for more people from the advertising, so its a win,win situation for you.
