Under the blog section of your leadership page you can announce Team contests to your down line. Alternatively using the Team Mailer works equally great.
Some of the benefits of organizing a Contest are to name but a few;
To spark growth and momentum in your group. Give credits out to your affiliates as incentives to take action and rewards for reaching goals. You can also award TCredits for contests you set up for your down line on your Leadership Page.
Tell your team that by participating in yours or sponsors contest they increase their chances to win multiple prizes for their activities each month from their various up line team members. When they participate in these contests their activity and production plus benefits reciprocates or flows back you as well such as participation in the S-Builder coop which would attract Growth for all of you.

For those PSA or Affiliates who are sitting in the fence, a team contest would help boost their morale and get them to participate. I have motivated some of my CSA who were previously sitting in the fence by blasting a team mail informing them I would award FREE PSA to anyone who qualifies for EA and it sure worked. Running a Team contest helps you to fast track your PSA. When they join and read through your leadership page a contest For example saying "whoever becomes an EA and maintains it through out their SFI Affiliate automatically qualifies for a share of PSA monthly in your ad coop", will be looking forward to working hard and that is a HUGE win win to you all
Rewarding Your Go-getters brings loyalty
When you reward your hard working Down line with good stuff like a monthly flow of PSA to their down line, they will stick with you long term and will be loyal for many years.
Generally, organizing and running team contests helps to boost performance and participation in your team. When you do that on a constant basis your team gets to grow in leaps and bounds and EVERYONE wins. That's HUGE income for you right there
Kindly Note what Gery said here in conclusion: Until you have affiliates under you, you cannot set up a contest (as no one would be eligible to participate). Similarly, you cannot set up contests for, say, Bronze Team Leaders, if you don't have any Bronze Team Leaders in your group.
