With an extra $100 I would definetly go for the S-Builder Standing order ($22) as this will build your team and give you EA status without worry.
Then I would get a standing order for 125 T-Credit pack($36.25).These can be used for many things.Give aways to your PSA's as rewards,purchases on TC,bidding on Price benders.
This leaves you about $40 which you could purchase so PSA's from an ECA on triple clicks and you should still have a few left over which I would put into a Gift Certificate account and use this also as rewards to your PSA's for reaching certain goals.
