So what I do is invest part of my budget in gift certificates to reward my workers and encourage network sales. The rest of my budget goes into sponsoring new affiliates not just in my 1st generation but also subsequent generations.
Growing your network is one of the single most important objectives of your SFI business for reasons that should be obvious. The larger your active network, the bigger your commissions. Since TL qualification milestones are achieved by mentoring and encouraging your affiliates, investing in the growth of subsequent generations is paramount. Do not forget that support is also providing the necessary information to your network. You can use some of your budget to improve your knowledge so that you can better assist your affiliates.
