OK, you have a team and they are enough to supply you with these Action Points, so the VP-s for extra bids will make you BTL. So what? BTL for 1 month and money spent? You may try to intensify you recruiting simultaneously, but no guarantee you will succeed in time. So, ended up with USD 100 spent and nothing changed?
OK, you have a team sufficient to maintain your TL status. Do you really need money to invest? Wake up, you are earning already!
Paid promotions? OK, you can arrange one minor campaign and what now? Most probably you get few extra PSA-s, but will they be active? Sure?
So, you don't need extra money. What you need, is stable inflow of funds to finance your optimal budget in first months. So... (give it to me:-DDD I'm joking, of course) the best you can do is probably put it aside to overbridge eventual minor holes in your normal SFI budget.
