This question has no specific answers to the word 'BEST'. As individual we have different perspective of how we build our business, my method may be different from yours that is why the word 'BEST' should be removed as all the 3 items mentioned are best on their own depending on the user.
Bidders in auction will tell you TCredits is the best; affiliate who are just after duplication will tell you S-Builder is the best; marketers, ECAs and website owners will consider IAHBE as the best. So my point is all are best depending on the users and his/her intention. Let me use my self as example, I love bidding so I decided to choose TCredits as my Standing Order that does not mean TCredits is the best out of all Standing Order.
Because I make TCredits as Standing Order does not mean I don't Make direct purchase on S-Builder or IAHBE. In fact a good affiliate business person will choose from the following:
1. Set one of them as Standing Order that meet your requirement and subsequently at your convenient make direct purchase on the others as the need arises.
2. Set Two of them as Standing Order if your are financially strong, and consider the 3rd outright purchase when the need also arises.
4. Set all as Standing Order if you are financially strong.
Am sorry to disappoint you, to my understanding of SFI business, there is no BEST among all the 3 items you mentioned here. It all depend on your choice.
