You should communicate with your sponsor as often as it takes for you to understand and know the business.
You should communicate with your sponsor to find out what it is that they want you to duplicate.
You should also communicate with your sponsor when he/she asks you a question, asks you for suggestions or feedback.
Your sponsor would probably appreciate it if he/she asks a quesiton, and it is answered.
Your sponsor would more than likely appreciate any type of communication suggesting that you are interested in the business and progressing in the business.
Communication is not a one way street. Your sponsor needs as much feedback from you as information that they are giving you.
I personally would value and appreciate some feedback, suggestions, or any form of response from my team so that I would know that they are reading my mails at the very least.
In summary: Communicate with your sponsor as often as you need to to succeed in your business. Secondly, give your sponsor the feedback they require from you. Acronym for TEAM. Together Everyone Acieves More.
