The first and probably the most important is, to make sure you read and educate yourself on all the learning material SFI has to offer. It sure is a lot of information to take in all at once but, well worth it for sure!
The second most important is to, have a plan and stick to it..You will not succeed without a plan of some sort.
Next, you want to build a nice foundation or your own pillars.. The first day I made EA and got to CSA’s, I decided to make a “Standing Order” that very same day. I know I will get 2 CSA’s a month and not have to worry about losing them.
Manage your team well! In other words become a leader and “Lead them”, they will follow. Some of your team members are going to be worthless and there’s nothing you can do about it. Just do your job “lead the team”, send them emails every single day and encourage them to stay on top. Tell them everything, get them to trust you..
Make goals 2 levels higher than you are right now and you will get there!
Read the forums all the time as they are a great source of knowledge
Ask your upline everything you need to, they are making money off of you..If you fail, they fail..Trust me, they will be glad to help for free..
