I have never met anyone who says, "No, I never buy stuff online."

If they say "Yes" then I hand them an X-Card and mention that "we have a penny auction site called Price-Benders. Ever bid in an online auction?"

Notice I always answer questions with a leading question. After that it is a piece of cake if I have an X-Card to give them.
