You should communicate with your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor as often as you need help. SFI has build in every Affiliate, the ability to render unconditional support that it does not seem as a burden whenever you ask for support.
For example, I call my sponsor and up line at any time that even when I try to apologize for discomforting them, they honestly make me feel it is not necessary. But I still apologize anyway.
Again, I have found myself rendering support to my PSAs and before I know it, I would have put in hours without knowing it. It is all part of the SFI program to render support.
In summary, communicate with your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor as often as you need them, because, in truth, they are waiting for you to do just that.
