And I believe as a Sponsor/co sponsor your door should always be open to any and all of your team, I personally put the time of day I will be On line on my leadership page so that any one in my down-line can contact me with any questions they may have. This is why we are leaders, We are are here to help with any Problems or Questions an affiliate may have!
So with that Said,It is my belief you should ask them when they are on line and contact them whenever you need help or advice!
