Communication is a very important factor to succeed in SFI. It should be taken care of. The question is how often- i would say "the more the better".
You should regularly communicate with your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor who is willing to spend time answering your queries, how much busy or tired he/she is.
Communication is important because your upline wont be knowing your problems or even dont know whether you are reading their mail at all.
We all have to work as a team, which can only happen if we communicate with your upline as well as downline regularly.
