Actually I have been trying to figure that out for myself too.

I personally feel that it is better to sponsor your own PSAs than to buy them because it's easier to connect with them. They know you and it's therefore, much easier to establish trust and help them with their business. Communication is way easier and works both ways.

I find that when I have bought PSAs, there is no communication to begin with. Or rather, it's one sided! :) whether the affiliate is from a country whose language is English or not.
