In my opinion, if your sponsor is in same city as you are and reachable through phone call, then we can contact them at least once a week, so that we can plan about new signups, our down line members progress etc.
But if it is through mail, then we can set up as fortnightly so that we can review our progress, new things about advertisement etc. But ideally a communication is necessary in the first week of the month, so that we can our plans laid down for the business, that is how to advance to next level, promoting our downlines etc
