As per my opinion you should communicate with your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor without any hesitation – if you need any kind of help regarding SFI and Tripleclicks both. There shouldn’t be any specific time to communicate if you feel any trouble or seemed anything problematic to solve you can contact them anytime but in this regard your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor should be responsive and available to you
My advice is first trying you to resolve the problem to read training materials, tools and various supports provides by SFI. If you unable to resolved the problem – contact your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor immediately
Besides these if you want to communicate with them in a regular basis to discuss or cordial greetings it is enough to contact once a week
