I am a part of one of the biggest team in SFI counting over 70000 people. Why is that so? Because our upline is working so hard to help us downliners in every possible way. How often we communicate? Let me tell you. EVERY SINGLE DAY.
The communication is the key of the success. In order to build strong and successful team you must take their own development into consideration. The basic three principles of SFI success are:
1. Become an Executive Affiliate (EA) and remain an EA every month
2. Recruit five affiliates using the methods included in your marketing tools
3. Teach your five affiliates to do these same three steps.
When someone tells you that your sponsor is busy person not having enough time for you, let me tell you what should you do. This job is all about communication and duplication. As future team leader if you don't talk to your affiliates you want be able to build network with enough potential to support your team leadership. Its not enough to sign up someone. You must duplicate your knowledge.
So the answer is:
YOU SHOULD COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR SPONSOR EVERY DAY. THIS IS HIS/HERS OBLIGATION TOWARDS YOU.
This doesn't mean that you should harass your sponsor every five minutes. This just means that you have to build a strong connection with your fellow affiliates in your up line and your down line. You are all in one team.
