* focused on your business and goal oriented
* there to support your team members when they need you
* willing to learn from others who have more experience
* maintain a positive attitude and reject the negative around you
* understand that you are not going to get rich quick and it is going to take time to build your business
* determined and persevere with your business even when it appears to not be moving ahead
* working every day to build your business through advertising and helping to build your PSA teams
* treat SFI like a real business and be proud of your SFI business
