* You have a question that you cannot find an answer to on the SFI site
* When your sponsor rewards you for your efforts through reassignments, gift certificates or Tcredits (it is polite to say thank you)
* When you sponsor asks you to answer them with regards to a coop or other business building scheme
* When you feel you are getting a bit lost or feeling stagnant with your SFI business
It is up to you how often you contact your sponsor but, a good sponsor should also be in contact with you, leading you to success. Communication is a two way street.
