SFI is, in some aspects, the same as any other business. Just think of what would make you a good employee in any company. Plus what would make you a good student, because, as a new affiliate, you need to learn about the program.
To my mind, this is what you need to do:
- WORK HARD. Being a good learner and being action oriented is vital.
- THINK. Think about what can be done, and how. Think about things you have already done. Has it worked well for you? Should something be changed? Where can you find the answers? Think about the answers, change them to suit your needs.
- CONNECT. You need to keep the human touch - connect with your team, train them, guide them... You also need to be in contact with the customers,and your upline.
It's all really about DOING, THINKING,and SHARING. And then THINKING and DOING again. So go for it.
