Look at every badge available on SFI. Every day put in some work to either get a new badge or increase your ranking on a badge. If you do this you will have a good idea of the different ways you can help yourself and your team.
The biggest thing you can do is support your team and be there to help when they need you. That makes a BIG difference to people, believe me!
