Dear Friend,
As far as I am concerned, how often doesn’t matter but how effectively which really matters. I always encourage my PSAs and CSAs to be in touch with me constantly, at least once in a week so that I can analyze their progress and also their knowledge about the system. However, I am always available to my downline and they can contact me at any point of time to sort out their doubts.
As a matter of fact, many people are sending just a weekly support message to their downline to collect free points but unless any worthy things involved in your messages or any recent developments in the system, then it is completely pointless. Not only that, as their sponsor, we should be always there to encourage and compliment them on their achievements irrespective of the time frame.
Moreover, Communication is a tool which can create positive wonders if you interact with your downline in a right manner. For me, communication is a skill that you can learn. It is like riding a bicycle or typing. If you are willing to work at it, you can rapidly improve of every part of your life.
I always believe that any tool that enhances communication has profound effects in terms of how people can learn from each other, and how they can achieve the kind of freedoms that they are interested in. Hence, I strongly recommend having at least a proper, positive and peaceful weekly communication and interaction with your PSAs and CSAs to achieve mutually beneficial best results.
