I think that the best option in this case to tell the person about the TripleClicks store and that TC are like a money to use in that store.
To make it easier to understand it should be followed by the Tripleclicks gift card and explanation how to use it.
Once the gift card is used at Triplecliks store TC will be easy to understand.
