You may start with those on your upline from BTL upwards. They should be able to help to groom up the affiliates to climb up the leader by showing good examples and 'walk the talk'. Some EAs who are in SFI for a long time should be able to do mentoring based on their experiences. Upline leaders, not only look after their own interests, but also consider the interests of their downline. There should be no conflict of interest. Both parties my walk side by side leading to their destiny and to fulfill their goals.
