Hi
As newbies we tend to look for persons who are successful in the business to guide us to become as equally successful as they are. At this time, we look to our sponsors and co-sponsors for such guidance. But one thing we must always remember is that these persons may also be newbies themselves and are trying to learn the ropes. On the other hand, some take the time to become well informed about the business and are more able to assist their downlines.
There are also sponsors and co-sponsors with years of experience and success in the business and are capable of offering the relevant guidance we need.
The question is who do you want your mentor to be?
One who is well knowledgeable about the business?
One who is well knowledgeable and successful?
One who is well knowledgeable, successful, and easily accessible?
One who is well knowledgeable, successful, easily accessible and willing to share essential information?
One who is learning to ropes of the business and is willing to share his/her successful tactics and grow with you?
After deciding exactly what you are looking for in a mentor, you can look at your uplines, a2a friends, and forum contributors to see who fulfills the requirements to be your mentor and start communicating with them.
Good Luck!!
