I would say that there is no secret to it. You just have to be persistent in doing the necessary things to obtain the points necessary to be achieve the ranking you're looking to achieve.
For instance by going to your VP Ledger and going through all of those actions every day is a start. The next thing would be to go through you To-Do-List everyday.
And Last, but not least, you wanna set-up a standing order that is worth at least 1500-2000 Versa points. This will help you to achieve at least your EA and Bronze Team Leader position along with completing your daily To-Do-List.
