Then you might want to start with some Free Advertising methods. Start with something like Free Classifieds. If you can post at least 10 ads a day, this will give you a starting point in order to get the news out that you are in business.
You could than start trying other methods of advertising, such as Safe List or some Traffic Exchanges, Word of Mouth, Flyers, Gift Cards, Blogging, Social Media, etc...
After you get comfortable with learning how to do some advertising in different methods of advertising, than you can start to try out some of the Paid Advertising.
You could purchase some PSAs, but the same will apply with the fact that there is no guarantee that they will become active PSAs. But, this could also help you to build up your downline.
So you might want to consider not to rely on just one method when first starting out with building up your team.
Using many different methods until you find out what works best for you, is going to make the difference when it comes to building up your business with PSAs.
With paid advertising such as Paid Per Clicks, (PPC), make sure that you do your research, because this can become a very expensive way to go if you do not know what you are doing.
It is very important for you to use key-codes and check your hit-tracker on a daily basis to find out what advertising methods that you are doing are working great for you.
If you have not yet to get some good results, than just keep trying different places and different ways to advertise.
By trying all different methods and discovering which way works good for you, than learn that technique and become the best at that technique.
After you have conquered that one technique, than try to conquer another technique.
The more you advertise and the more different techniques that you use to advertise, the better your results will be.
You also might want to consider to play in the auctions for some of the CSAs and PSAs to help you build up your team.
Because Marketing is a numbers game, you might have to go through thousands of affiliates to find a small group of workers on your team.
Once you get comfortable doing one technique, and mastering that technique, than move on to a new method. This way your are out-reaching to many different ways to help build up your downline.
Once you start this business, you are going to want to continue to grow your business, so there is no stopping on all of the different ways of trying to build up your business.
My suggestion is to use both methods of Paid and your Own methods.
