I did both and I can tell you that buying PSAs is waste of your money.
PSAs that are bought are usually being attracted by false ads, ads that are promising something else than real business. That is why almoast all of them are inactive. They log in and see that they have been scamed.
But if you recruite PSAs with your own ads, telling people that working at SFI will give them the opportunity to start profitable business, they will work and build your downline that will bring you money.
It is up to you, do what you think it is best for you. But my advice would be to try recruiting new people with your ads. So work on quality of your ads and you will succeed. Good luck!
