If you go to an arcade to play games, often you will be required to buy a package of tokens. The tokens can start the games, or you can turn them back in to buy things at the arcade shop.
TripleClicks TCredits are the same. You can use them to play auctions, T-time or Pick-the-Price, or you can use them as payment for items in the TripleClicks store.
