Learning to sponsor your PSA will require you to build skills in effective communication, encouragement of others, being okay with reaching out to others and more.
Once you receive a PSA, despite the method, then the work truly begins for you in helping the PSA to work towards their goals. Stay in contact with them. Do not just recruit and hope they will do the work on their own. Welcome them to the program, offer your help and be open to their needs.
